In effect on 5 August 2026.

Who. 9572-3474 Québec inc., doing business under the name PHIBCom, Québec enterprise number (NEQ) 1182380502, a telecommunications consulting business established in Québec. The business consists of one individual: its president, who is also the person in charge of the protection of personal information.

What is collected. Business contact information: name, title or role, employer, business address, business telephone number, business email address. Along with it, the exchanges tied to a request or an engagement: emails, call notes, technical documents sent by the client. PHIBCom collects no sensitive information: no health data, no biometric data, no social insurance number, and no banking information belonging to an individual.

Where it comes from. From the person themselves (business card, email, call, meeting), from public sources tied to their professional activity (their employer's website, a public call for tenders, a business directory), or from a third party making a business introduction.

Why. To answer a request, prepare an offer, carry out an engagement, invoice, and maintain the business relationship. Nothing else.

What PHIBCom does not do. No information is sold, rented or traded. No information is used to render a decision based exclusively on automated processing that produces legal effects concerning a person or otherwise significantly affects them. The phibcom.com website sets no cookies, loads no third-party resources, and activates no identification, location or profiling function.

Where it is kept, who has access. Information is kept in the business's own systems and with the technical service providers it uses: hosting, email, office and document-processing tools. No person other than the president consults it. Where an engagement requires a third party, access is limited to what is necessary and governed in writing.

How long. Business contact information is kept as long as it remains useful to the business relationship. It is subject to a periodic manual review. Any person may ask that their contact information be corrected or removed; the request is handled within 30 days.

Rights. Any person may ask for access to the information PHIBCom holds about them, for its correction, or for the removal of their contact information. Requests go to the person in charge, at philippe.lamarre@phibcom.com.

Incidents. PHIBCom keeps a register of confidentiality incidents. Where an incident presents a risk of serious injury, the Commission d'accès à l'information and the persons concerned are notified.

Complaints. A person dissatisfied with how their request was handled may contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Changes. This policy is reviewed when the practices of the business change. The effective date above indicates the current version.
